Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship to all 50 States in the USA and also ship internationally. We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days after purchase. Orders received during weekends or holidays are typically shipped within the next two business days. All orders are shipped with USPS, UPS and DHL Express, and are typically received within 2 to 5 business days. Depending on your contact preferences, we will send you an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Free shipping for orders that over $45. For the orders less than $45, the shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process. We have the discounted commercial shipping rates. 

Returns

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will be happy to provide you with a refund, exchange or store credit (postage not included). 

Please email us at venus.song@sparkle.pet to let us know the reason for the return, then print out a copy of your email and send it back to us with your products. Returns will not be accepted unless you have sent us an email first. This policy helps us help you, and all of our customers in the future.
